I love Valentine’s Day and I’m excited for this week. I just love the decorations and the colors and the cuteness of it all.

For the rest of this month there will be a lot of prompts related to donations and acts of kindnesses for others.

Therefore today I suggest that you especially show some kindness to yourself. Spend an hour in a bookshop, or coffee house, or bathtub. Take yourself to the market and see if you can treat yourself with only $5. A lip gloss or a piece of chocolate, perhaps. I’m sure you have lots of self care ideas, and today is a good day to do some of those.

Have a great week!
