In many parts of the United States, the Girl Scouts are out selling cookies.

Even if you don’t want the cookies yourself, consider buying a box and then dropping it off at your local fire station or police station or veterinarian or whatever makes you feel good.

If you do not care to buy Girl Scout cookies or if they are not available, maybe bake some yourself.

Or pick up donuts for those first responders.
