And here she is. We have reached that final month of the year, the one that bursts with the Christmas Magic. I could fit 365 prompts into December alone, but we do not want that kind of December. CM365 is not a Christmas to-do list or a checklist. And so I will limit my reminders as I do not want you to feel pressure to do all the things. This year, “all the things” is defined differently from other years. Last year there were many more events and invitations to consider. This year, “all the things” simply means all the expectations that you put on yourself. This is the perfect year to decline the traditions you don’t care for, and start new ones. Schedule blank days on your calendar. This may be a lot easier to do than in prior years. But allow those blank days to also exclude grocery shopping, gift wrapping, etc. No Zoom meetings either. Just rest and reflection.
