I have a Pinterest board just for homemade frozen ice pops. Now is the time to make those delicious treats, and they will be a great improvement over the store-bought ones, both in quality and in price. The only problem that I have is making room in the freezer for the pops to stand up while they freeze.

So today, make room in the freezer. There are tools where you can freeze just one pop at a time (affiliate link), so there is no excuse. If you don’t have molds, you can use the ice cube tray.

You do not have to get fancy. You can literally pour any leftover beverage into the mold and freeze it. Not done with that oj? Freeze it. Half a can of vegetable juice? Pour it in the mold and freeze it. Leftover coffee? Freeze it. Once you get into a groove and you’re ready to get creative, check out my Pinterest board for more ideas.
