If you celebrate Mother’s Day, I hope you have a great day! As I mentioned before, my kids and I are sharing ice cream cake today! And it has been hot here lately, so we’ll probably eat it on our porch and enjoy some pre-summer weather with our ice cream cake.

On Friday I will share an easy ‘recipe’ for homemade pancake mix. So you’ll want to have the usual baking ingredients on hand this week if you are following along in real time.

Otherwise, you don’t need to do any special planning until you see the actual prompts.

I was delighted this past week when this blogger mentioned that something that she’s doing to cope with quarantine is to plan her Christmas decorations and shop for Christmas trees! (See number 10 on her list.) She understands the idea of Christmas magic any day!
