Last week I mentioned the funny article about the “unexpected” Halloween tree decor. I just love the way Vermont Country Store repurposed the Christmas gumdrop tree into a Halloween gumdrop tree. (Not an affiliate link, I’m just a fan.) This transparent gumdrop tree can absolutely be used year ’round. I love it! They sell the orange and black gumdrops here.

Remember the fireworks cookies? And how I said this technique also works for spiderweb cookies? Well, look what I saw in Walmart. All in one box for less than $5. Walmart currently has a whole bunch of Halloween-themed cookie kits, all under $5.

On to this week’s prep list…you just need to have some butter around, for Friday’s prompt. All the other prompts this week don’t really need any preparation. I hope you are enjoying this lovely beginning to fall.
