Normally I test all the recipes and crafts before I post here, but today is an exception. This slow cooker Guinness chocolate cake looks super EASY and great for St Patrick’s Day, but I did not have time to test this yet and St. Pat’s is tomorrow. So I’m just linking to the recipe here, and hope you are able to get the ingredients in time. This would be great for having an impromptu St. Pat’s celebration in your home. As I write this, all big events have been cancelled, and in my state, all restaurants are required to close effective tomorrow. So this is great for those who are saying “we need a little Christmas now” or rather, “we need a little St Patrick’s Day now”.
