Today is National S’mores Day, and I assume that’s in the United States, but I really don’t need an excuse to celebrate s’mores. Or anything. But s’mores.

Make traditional s’mores, or something less traditional like adding white chocolate and raspberries. My grocery store still has the Ghirardelli white chocolate peppermint squares that they put out for Christmas in July. I’m going to use those in my s’mores!
