Here is a link to a 6-minute video, along with detailed written instructions, for growing wheat grass in a basket in order to make a cute living Easter basket. This looks very easy and could be used as a centerpiece or a gift.

As I write this, my local grocery store does not have wheat grass seed, but it is available on walmart.com or amazon.com. Wheat grass grows very quickly and you can start now for a beautiful and edible living Easter basket. You can upcycle a basket that you already have, or you can get a lined basket at a craft store (they have curbside pickup right now).
