Today we are going to create a “Happiness Now!” list in our private journals, whether that be in our comfort drawers or in notes on our phones.

Our brains have this icky habit of making it easier to remember bad things than good things.

Take some time today to remember your very best memories and write them down so you can refer to them when you need a boost. You don’t have to write down the whole story. Just some key words that will help you remember how you felt.
